1-Pay the rest of the amount + security deposit upon check-in
2- Preserving the property, and not being careless about the things inside
3- Do not put soap and dirt in the pool
4- Keep children and not leave them alone at the pool (your children are your responsibility)
5- Do not light a fire in other than the place designated for barbecue
6- Check-out after 12:00 pm is considered an overrun (fine of 500 AED)
7-Not smoking inside the rooms and not throwing cigarette butts inside the farm (fine of 300 AED).

8-The place must be delivered clean as it was received, and any violation of this condition will be subject to a (fine of 300 AED).

9-Confirmed reservations cannot be canceled in all cases
10-To change the booking date, you must contact us 48 hours before the arrival date and a change fee may be charged
